Spectrogram Analysis and Diagnosing Procedure

Summary:

The interpretation of the spectrogram charts; the characteristics of the spectrogram charts; harmonic faults; a practical spectrogram analysis procedure; the analysis and calculations of draft faults; the analysis and calculations of mechanical faults (including the calculations of gearing diagrams); the application of the spectrogram charts in process quality control. This course is recommended for those who interpret and use spectrogram information from USTER TESTERS. It is suitable for both staple spinning mills and filament yarn producers as well as testing organizations or their equivalents. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gearing diagrams and Uster evenness test results to this course for carrying out spectrogram analysis and diagnosing procedure.
