Uster yarn faults classification system; measuring principle of USTER CLASSIMAT 2 (CMT2) and USTER CLASSIMAT 3 (CMT3); function check, operation, cleaning and maintenance; sampling procedure; routine tests and special tests; comparability and reproducibility of CMT2/3 test results; the interpretation and application of test results (yarn faults data from CMT2/3 and imperfections data from USTER evenness testers); sources of yarn faults and their control; a brief introduction to the setting of yarn clearing limits on capacitive yarn clearers; a brief introduction to the application of USTER STATISTICS.
