USTER® 9000 –
EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS TO ISO 9000 STANDARDS


USTER® 9000 is a logical complement to the USTER® service contract and supports customers in the practical implementation of ISO 9000 standards with USTER® quality monitoring and testing devices. Customers wishing to take advantage of USTER® 9000 must also have a service contract for the relevant machines. The scope and key advantages of USTER® 9000 can be summarized as:

  •  Periodic checking of instrument parameters with calibrated values ensures consistent measuring conditions.
  • Traceability of quality characteristics to standards, as required for ISO 9000, is guaranteed – as well as the quality manager’s obligation in verifying ISO 9000 compliance.
  • All visits by the certified USTER® service engineers are entered in a logbook. Test reports, plus details of all maintenance adjustment and calibration procedures, are filed in the USTER® 9000 manual.

The USTER® technical training center provides specialized training courses for authorized service engineers to achieve expert knowledge of USTER® systems – professional operation, textile application training, efficient error-solving and updates of established systems.   • Have the required infrastructure for repairs and an inventory of spare parts.
