EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS TO ISO 9000 STANDARDS |

USTER® 9000 is a logical complement to the USTER® service contract and supports customers in the practical implementation of ISO 9000 standards with USTER® quality monitoring and testing devices. Customers wishing to take advantage of USTER® 9000 must also have a service contract for the relevant machines. The scope and key advantages of USTER® 9000 can be summarized as:
- Periodic checking of instrument parameters with calibrated values ensures consistent measuring conditions.
- Traceability of quality characteristics to standards, as required for ISO 9000, is guaranteed – as well as the quality manager’s obligation in verifying ISO 9000 compliance.
- All visits by the certified USTER® service engineers are entered in a logbook. Test reports, plus details of all maintenance adjustment and calibration procedures, are filed in the USTER® 9000 manual.
