With the new information system USTER^® QUANTUM EXPERT, the data provided by the USTER^® QUANTUM system can be fully utilized for production control and quality monitoring. Thanks to centralized production and efficiency monitoring, long-term quality reports and automatic recognition of faulty winding and spinning positions, you have control at your fingertips. With USTER^® CAY (computer aided yarn clearing), all faults are classified graphically and the setting of the optimal clearing curve is considerably simplified. The CLASSIMAT Online option is for classification of all yarn faults in production according to the world standard CLASSIMAT system.
