USTER CLASSIMAT QUANTUM

The USTER® CLASSIMAT QUANTUM offers advanced yarn classification and analysis possibilities. For the first time, it allows detection of foreign matter and direct comparison of test results to the USTER® STATISTICS global benchmarks.

Overview

The introduction of the CLASSIMAT® in 1968 and the later USTER® CLASSIMAT 2 and USTER® CLASSIMAT 3 versions revolutionized yarn quality analysis in both production and commerce. The latest USTER® CLASSIMAT QUANTUM advances the concept still further – with powerful visualization using scatter plot and fault simulation of seldom-occurring yarn faults and foreign matter.

The USTER® CLASSIMAT QUANTUM also maintains continuity with an option to convert results to the earlier Classimat 3 values.
