任职要求:

1、机电,或相关专业大专及以上学历的应届毕业生

2、有电气方面的工作经验,有机电设备维修服务者或有纺织业工艺工程经验者优先考虑

3、能阅读英语专业技术资料,简单的英语听说能力

4、熟悉计算机操作

5、有独立分析问题和解决问题的能力

 


Job Title TT Engineer

Reporting to Manager of Textile Technology 

Location  Xinjiang (新疆)

Number   1 person

Key Responsibilities

1.    Conduct application training for customers

2.    Provide technical consultation & solution for quality problems of customers

3.    Marketing & sales support

4.    Internal training & technology translation

5.    Collect technical information

6.    Technology research

Basic Requirements

1.    Min 5 years' experience as a textile technologist or relevant positions, working for multinational company is prefer

2.    Bachelor degree or above of textile engineering or relevant subject

3.    Fluent in English, CET-6 is prefer

4.    Proficient at MS office; Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software

5.    Willingness to travel (based on business needs), often to foreign countries

6.    Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills to coordinate and present customer plant trials, internal trials and other projects as required

 

Job TitleSenior Product Supporter  (Senior PCT Engineer) 

Reporting to  R&D Director

LocationSuzhou (苏州)

Number1 person

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Ensures customer and product support from PCT

2.   Actively supports and maintains product over product life cycle through error analysis and pattern recognition and during product introduction or obsolescence

3.   Liaison between RSC / LSS / (customer) and R&D

4.   Captures, processes and resolves all incoming customer issues reported by RSC/LSS

5.    Creation of technical information

6.    Creates and updates service documentation

7.    Transfer of know-how to RSC / LSS service specialists through training, service documentation and case support

8.    Develops and conducts training for RSC/LSS service specialists and assesses their level of knowledge achievement via the USTER service certification program

9.    Creates and updates software bug lists. Provides feedback to R&D about reoccurring customer issues related to software and hardware

10.  Reviews and reports warranty cases to R&D and OF/QA Coordination of product changes and bug fixes

11.  Responsible for implementing software and hardware updates in the field

12.  Assists in the specification of new and further product developments

13.  Assists / performs in alpha and beta testing of new product developments

14.  Supports final assembly in troubleshooting

Position Requirement:

1.    Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical and Electrical integration or related

2.    Minimum of 5 years work relevant experience

3.    Good knowledge of the country's official language

4.    Good knowledge of English (written and verbal)

Reporting toHR & Admin. Manager 

Location  Suzhou (苏州)

Key Responsibilities

1.    Professionally administer all incoming calls

2.    Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly

3.    Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner

4.    Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights)

5.    Type memos, correspondence or other documents

6.    Perform a variety of clerical duties

7.    Administrative tasks as incoming and outgoing mail, absence notifications, reservations, manage the office supplies, reports, statistics

Basic Requirements

1.    College degree in related field of study is preferred or comparable qualification based on combination of related education, training and experience.

2.    Minimum of 1-3 years' work related experience.

3.    Very good knowledge of the organization, responsibilities and connections

4.    Good knowledge of English (written and verbal) or another foreign language

5.    Good knowledge of the country's official language

6.    Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

7.    Excellent phone etiquette
