Trouble Logging In

Did you register?

In order to log into USTER® STATISTICS, you need to register. If you did not register yet, you can not log onto USTER® STATISTICS. To register, click here.

Did you forget your password?

If you forgot your password, we can supply you with a new password, which we then suggest you change immediately (after you successfully login). Note: The password you entered during registration is case-sensitive. This means, for example, that mypwd (all lowercase) is different from MyPwD (mixed case) or MYPWD (all uppercase). If you do not remember the exact way in which you specified your password, you can use the Forgot Password screen to have a new password generated.

Did you forget your member id?

If you forgot your member id, use the Forgot Password function, which will email you both your member id and a new password.

Why does my account say that it is "inactive"?

After you submit your registration form, an email confirmation is sent to the email address you specified during registration. If you see the following message when you try to login -- This account is inactive -- it likely means that you did not activate your account. To activate your account, you need to complete the registration process. To do so, retrieve the email that we sent to the email address you specified during registration. That email will have the subject heading USTER® STATISTICS Registration Confirmation.
After you click on the specified link in the email, your account will be active, and you will be automatically returned to the USTER® STATISTICS main page where you can login.

Did you receive our confirmation email after you registered?

This email was sent to the email address you specified on the registration form. It has the subject heading USTER® STATISTICS Account Registration Complete. Generally, you should receive the email within a few minutes of registration, although occasionally it could take longer, due to network traffic, etc.
If you have not received the email confirmation from USTER® STATISTICS, then you will not be able to complete registration to activate your account. The email we send you has a link that needs to be clicked on to activate your account.
The most likely reason you did not receive the email is that you accidentally mis-typed your email address on the registration form. As a result, the confirmation email could not be successfully sent to you.
If this is the case, we recommend that you register again for USTER® STATISTICS, providing a valid email address. Note that when you re-register you will need to supply a different member id, since member ids are unique.
Is your email box over its quota? If you are using a web-based email program, your email box may have exceeded its limit. After you resolve the problem, contact us to re-send the confirmation. If this is the case, please realize you will likewise not receive any support email responses from USTER® STATISTICS until you clear up space in your mailbox.
Check Restrictions on your Mailbox: Some email systems enable you to put restrictions on your account, so that you can block certain types of email from your Inbox. You should check if you've setup restrictions that are preventing our email from being received. Also, our email may have been received in a "Bulk" inbox, so you may want to check there for our email.

I have confirmed my email address but the Username and password does not work?

After confirmation, re-start your browser - When you confirm your account, you are automatically brought back to USTER® STATISTICS (a new or existing browser window is used). If you are confirming from a web-based email account, you may need to close the browser and start a new one before logging in.

Why does USTER® STATISTICS keep asking me to login again?

Many of the functions in USTER® STATISTICS require member login. If you have logged in successfully, but are continually re-routed to the Login screen when you access these tools please check the following.


Cookies and Javascript Enabled - To use USTER® STATISTICS, your browser must support cookies and javascript, and both must be enabled. Please check your browser settings, and, if necessary, enable cookies and/or javascript support. After making any changes, close the browser, and return to USTER® STATISTICS. Login again and see if the problem is resolved.
Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to sign in.

To enable cookies:

Internet Explorer 7.x

  1. Click Start and select Control Panel. (Windows XP Classic View - click on Windows Start button and select Settings and Control Panel).
  2. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. Under Settings, click Advanced button.
  5. Check the box Override automatic cookie handling under Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window.
  6. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
  7. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept.
  8. Check the box Always allow session cookies.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click OK to exit.

 

Internet Explorer 6

  1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  2.  From the Privacy tab, click Advanced Click to select Override automatic cookie handling and Always allow session cookies.
  3. Click OK

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the Tools-menu in Mozilla Click on the Options... item in the menu - a new window opens Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window. (See image below)
  2. Expand the Cookies section.
  3. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
  4. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again

 

Netscape 7.x

  1. Click on the Edit-menu in Netscape Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens Expand the Privacy & Security selection in the left part of the window.
  2. Click on the Cookies selection.
  3. Under Cookie Acceptance Policy - either check the Enable all cookies checkbox or Allow cookies based on policy settings.
  4. If Allow cookies based on policy settings is selected, click on View and ensure that the level is at low or medium.
  5. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again

 

Opera 7.x

  1. Click on the Tools-menu in Opera Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens Click on the Privacy selection near the bottom left of the window.
  2. The Enable cookies checkbox must be checked, and Accept all cookies should be selected in the "Normal cookies" drop-down.
  3. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again Other browsers


To see if your browser supports cookies, and for detailed instructions about how to enable this feature, see the online Help for your browser. If you see a message to notify you that a Web site is trying to send you a cookie when you try to sign in, you should choose to continue or you will not be able to sign in.
If your browser does not support cookies, you can upgrade to a newer browser, such as the latest Internet Explorer.
