Changji Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. China, which was founded in 2009, belongs to the Esquel Group. Changji Esquel has an annual production capacity of 5,700 tons of yarn, which covers compact yarn, core yarn and plied yarn. In 2015, they decided to invest into an intelligent full process project with an additional 30,000 compact spindles. This project was officially put into operation in 2017. With this implementation, Changji Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. has become the first domestic benchmark in the spinning industry in the Xinjiang Province.

Changji Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. applied to become USTERIZED® and successfully passed the audit conducted by Jane Chen, Uster Technologies Ltd., on 18 December 2019.

Turpan Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. China was founded in 1995 and is a member of the Esquel Group. With an annual production capacity of 3,700 tons yarn, Turpan Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. has been focused on R&D and the production of fine count compact cotton yarn for both knitting and weaving, especially for yarn count higher than Ne50. 

Turpan Esquel Textile Co. Ltd. applied to become USTERIZED® and successfully passed the audit conducted by Jane Chen, Uster Technologies Ltd., on 20 December 2019.

East West Spinning, EWS

East West Spinning, EWS, a wool-blend spinning mill in Lodz, Poland was opened in 1992. It has an annual production capacity of 4,500 tons of wool and is a member of the Südwolle Group. The Südwolle Group, founded in 1966, has six brands: Südwolle, Biella Yarn, Soey, Yim, Stöhr and Richter and employees around 4,600 people. They have their own sheep farm in Australia with around 20,000 sheep. 35% of their production is for weaving yarns and 65% for yarns for other applications. 40% of their production is sold in Europe.

East West Spinning applied to become USTERIZED® and successfully passed the audit conducted by Werner Baumann, Uster Technologies AG, on 17 September 2019.

Envoy Textiles Ltd.

Envoy Textiles Ltd. started its production in 2008 and is the first Denim facility in Bangladesh to use Rope Dyed Technology. It has a production capacity of 4.15 million meters per month and is the world’s very first LEED Certified Platinum Denim Manufacturing Facility. 

The spinning mill produces 62 tons of yarn per day and has a production capacity of 4.15 million meters per month. Envoy Textiles Ltd. produces normal and value added yarn from 6Ne to 40Ne, using cotton, Viscose and Tencel fibers and has state-of-the-art machineries from Germany, Switzerland and Japan.

Envoy Textiles Ltd. was examined and certified on 16 June 2016 by Sandeep Sen, Textile Technologist, Uster Technologies Ltd., India.

Global Textile Solutions Ltd.

Global Textile Solutions Ltd, started their production of high quality compact yarn in January 2018. The spinning mill is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The spinning mill offers high quality compact combed and compact carded ring spun yarn both for knitting and weaving and is equipped with the most modern equipment of the world’s leading brands such as RIETER (Switzerland), MURATA (Japan), TEMSAN (Turkey) and USTER (Switzerland).

Global Textile Solutions Ltd. was examined and certified on 1 March 2019 by Levent Demirci, Textile Technology Manager, Uster Technologies Ltd., Turkey.

JV UZTEX UCHKURGAN LLC

UZTEX UCHKURGAN JV LLC belongs to the UZTEX Group which is one of the largest vertically integrated companies in Central Asia, and was founded in 2009. The production capacity of the UZTEX Group allows manufacturing the whole range of cotton textile products and all kinds of gray and dyed yarn, gray and dyed fabric, ready-made garments, knitted, hosiery and terry products.

UZTEX UCHKURGAN JV LLC is located in the Uchkurgan district of the Namangan Region. UZTEX UCHKURGAN JV LLC started their production with a capacity of 68,544 spindles, 960 rotors and 5,984 TFO spindles in 2017, and TFO capacity was increased to 10,064 spindles in January 2019. USTER is very pleased to welcome UZTEX UCHKURGAN JV LLC as a new member to the USTERIZED® family.

GHCL was established in 1935 with a capacity of 24,000 ring spindles. Today, GHCL is a fully integrated textile company, with operations from spinning, weaving to front-end retail on a global scale. The yarn division of GHCL has two spinning units located in Paravai and Manaparai with a total installed capacity of 185,000 ring spindles, 3,320 rotors, 480 VORTEX positions and 5,760 TFO spindles, manufacturing 100% cotton and synthetic blended yarns in count ranges from Ne 24s to Ne 170s. 

State-of-the-art textile machinery is the major constituent of the manufacturing infrastructure and includes Rieter from Switzerland, Schlafhorst from Germany, Savio from Italy, Murata from Japan, Truetzschler from Germany and LMW from India. The mills at Paravai and Manaparai empower GHCL with the perfect blend of optimum quality at the right cost. This applies to all varieties of yarn. The count and ply of the yarn caters to all premium segments, both in the domestic and international markets, and have found increasing acceptance with clothiers and made-up manufacturers.
