2007 Listing on the main segment of SIX Swiss Exchange.

2009 Acquisition of ZWEIGLE® product range. Broadening of existing shareholder base with new strategic investor Toyota Industries Corporation.
2012 Public takeover by Toyota Industries Corporation.
2013 Acquisition of Jossi Systems to complement and strengthen the position as the world leader in yarn quality management, testing and certification.
2015 Introduction to the Total Testing Center with the launch of the USTER® TESTER 6.
2016 Red Dot Design Award 2016 won for the USTER® TESTER 6.
2018 Acquisition of Elbit Vision Systems (EVS) to enlarge the product portfolio and to strengthen the position as world leader in quality management from fiber to fabric.
