Vardhman Polytex Ltd. operates a modern yarn manufacturing facility at Nalagarh, commissioned in 2011 as a green field project. The plant is equipped with advanced spinning technology and a robust infrastructure designed for high-quality cotton yarn production. The facility houses approximately 40,800 spindles and incorporates machinery from globally renowned manufacturers such as Suessen, Muratec, LMW, Uster, Xorella, and Aesa, ensuring high efficiency and consistent product quality.

The unit specializes in producing 100% compact combed cotton hosiery yarn using premium cotton as raw material. A significant share of its production - around 80% - is exported to international markets, while the remaining 20% caters to domestic customers.

The facility is supported by a well-equipped Research&Development laboratory featuring advanced Uster instruments such as HVI 1000, AFIS Pro, Uster Tester, Uster Tensojet, and Classimat Quantum. In addition, the plant utilizes modern online monitoring systems including Uster Vision Expert, Uster Quality Expert, Uster Quantum Expert, and Muratec Visual Manager to ensure superior yarn quality and effective process control. The unit is also certified by globally recognized standards including BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS 7.0, and OCS 3.0, reflecting its commitment to sustainability, quality, and responsible manufacturing.
